Carlos Figueroa - Colombia
Yes, that's a political issue, a political issue that should be taken into account. I say that free speech in Colombia does not really exist as such, free speech would be, for example, to allow us access to radio stations, allow us access to television, to the newspapers, but free speech to the masses is repressed. One cannot talk about the water referendum and bring our view to the vast majority of the population through an interview on TV or the radio and the press rarely covers it, that's restricting freedom of expression in Colombia. And so it must be taken into account that we share our views with many limitations; actually it’s system-wide, because in reality we have very few media outlets.
